Rotary Club of Nairobi Celebrates Club members and International Women’s Day

Rotary Club of Nairobi had much reason to celebrate during the meeting on 8th March 2018. Some Rotarians from the Club have in the past few weeks celebrated their birthdays:

• Rtn Jacob Ikiara
• Rtn PP Elizabeth Kimkung
• Rtn Irina Wandera

In addition to this, 8th March marks International Women’s Day. The guest speaker for the day was Susan Muchemi, Business development manager, global sales and institutional partnerships Vision Spring, together with Rtn Ruth Mugo. The talk enlightened us on the topic “See To Earn, Learn and Be Safe”, which is in line with one of Rotary Club of Nairobi’s signature projects- Eye Camps.

Rotary Club of Nairobi members thereafter celebrated International Women’s Day.
